What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage scoping, prioritization, and allocation of research resources for projects
Oversee project teams through the research life cycle and recommend appropriate methodologies
Serve as a strategic thought partner in leading and conducting qualitative research projects
Coach teams in synthesizing and analyzing research findings to identify key opportunities
Develop and cultivate an inclusive and learning-focused team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience in design research, strategic UX research, or relevant consumer research
Experience in exploratory and generative qualitative UX/Design Research methods
Proven ability to scope research projects and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and mentoring individual team members
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
