Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an exciting short-term contract opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk, operating remotely in the manufacturing sector. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both new and existing clients within a digital framework by efficiently processing and maintaining data, addressing customer inquiries, and acting as an essential resource for client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer credit applications in a high-volume environment.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information.
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize software applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook for data entry tasks.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge base for 340B account management.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and vendors at various skill levels.
  • Stay informed about changes in 340B environment rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Handle inbound calls as part of customer service duties.
  • Collaborate closely with 340B Account Managers on client management initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in high-volume numeric and computer data entry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills, including experience in answering inbound calls.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
