  • Oversees the development, maintenance, and adherence to comprehensive popular operating strategies and monitoring mechanisms for the complete menu improvement lifecycle
  • Responsible for handling flight attendant, patron, and govt/senior leader comments; which include suitable follow-up and riding corrective action planning to improve quality
  • Lead all aspects of the galley approach, making plans, and design groups for all United and United-specific aircraft
  • Serves as primary touch and courting supervisor for numerous third-birthday celebration partners
