Full Job Description:-

Work with advertisers, agencies, publishers and internal sales teams to learn their pain points and develop a roadmap of ad formats that improve ad performance and user engagement. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, customers and designers about ad formats product ideas and feature requirements. Research and specify product requirements based on customer interactions, competitive analyses, and other data sources / analyses. Define product requirements/user stories and launching new product capabilities using Agile methodology. Conduct experiments and evaluate results based on KPIs that drive business growth and engagement. Work with engineering to understand the underlying technologies & trade-offs needed to put high quality solutions in place.

Job Qualifications

• A broad understanding of web & internet technologies, application development tech, and IT infrastructure
• 4+ years experience in a tech company in a related position
• Experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum software development & Engineering practices
• A passion for innovation
