We’re looking for a dedicated individual with an exceptional work ethic to join our Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis team at Principal Financial Group as a Financial Analyst III. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage analytical thinking, visualization, communication, and collaboration skills to advance our enterprise management reporting capabilities.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in math, actuarial science, finance, or equivalent experience.
Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates the ability to accept and adapt to a changing environment.
Knowledge of Essbase, spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages, or the ability to learn, is preferred.
