We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a global broker. This role sits within the company’s digital division, supporting the delivery of a new platform that will be hugely beneficial to this broker – it is up to the Product Owner to truly own its successful roll out & ongoing impact. Your experience in digital product ownership will support the strategic vision & adoption of the platform company-wide whilst collaborating with international business units, technology, digital & delivery partners.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, managing the product backlog, & ensuring the platform meets business needs. The successful candidate will have strong technical & communication skills & the ability to drive product vision & adoption.

Develop & maintain the roadmap & strategic vision for the new platform
Oversee the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategy & prioritisation for optimal value
Collaborate with Business & Technology teams to secure buy-in, set expectations, & communicate release plans
Proactively engage with product users to gather & manage feedback on features & usability
Coordinate with other teams & external vendors as necessary

Proven experience as a digital-focused, broking platform Product Owner/Manager
Experience in London Market insurance London
