Requirements

We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required. Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus.
Candidates must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection. They must also be amenable to working night shifts and overtime.

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.
