This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
– Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions to improve the overall customer experience
– Use strategic planning to anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues
