Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat platforms, ensuring all communications are articulate and respectful.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Boeing’s products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring that all conversations are logged accurately for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a streamlined support experience and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate customer feedback to appropriate teams to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor personal performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and aim to meet or exceed these key performance metrics.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or support roles will be considered an asset.
