Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for multiple clients, including A/R, A/P, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to resolve accounting issues
- Utilize cloud-based accounting software to perform daily tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and laws
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
