Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions.
  • Account Management: Assist customers in managing their accounts by navigating them through the online platform, updating information, and resolving issues related to billing, subscription plans, and order history.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution; utilize critical thinking skills to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, IT, and logistics teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed swiftly.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback and suggestions to relay to appropriate departments for product and service improvement.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with latest product offerings, promotional initiatives, and company policies, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company database.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role, preferably in an online or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with navigating online systems and tools.
