  • Efficiently process both Macro and Non-Macro Excel orders.
  • Timely handle incoming paper orders from consumers and the Corporate Sales Division.
  • Manage communications effectively, adhering to accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and product information.
  • Type at least 35 words per minute, ensuring excellent spelling and grammar.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak seasons.
