As a Supervisor at Labcorp you will be responsible for a team of technicians undertaking specific tasks in support of Genetic Toxicology studies along with carrying out technician duties.

Duties include:
Providing supervisory and operational support necessary for the preparation, conduct or reporting of studies carried out within Genetic Toxicology
Direct responsibility for all staff working in the operational/support group/section assigned to
Training and support of team memebers to achieve work deadlines and personal developmentgoals
Accountability for overall accuracy, soundness, quality, timeliness and completeness of all work performed in the area of responsibility
Responsibility for scheduling; allocating resources within the operational/support group/section; overall responsibility for training and supervision of all operational/scientific/support staff
Responsibility for study data, raw data and/or reporting quality, to include equipment metrology and functionality (where applicable).

Education:
Minimum A-levels or equivalent. Degree in relevant scientific field preferred. Experience may be substituted for education
Experience:
Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP
Previous expereince of staff management including development and training
Genetic Toxicology knowledge and/or experience is advantageous
Aseptic techniques or cell culture experience desirable with in vitro mammalian cell assay
Excellent organisational and time management skills paired with attention to detail.
