What you will do:
Providing mobile phones to JLL end users within the SLA’s that are agreed with the business. This includes updating all systems with the asset data and ensuring all records are up to date
Providing day to day request fulfilment and troubleshooting activities and incident related to mobility devices, working of the incidents and requests queues.
Ordering and managing the stock of mobile phones within JLL
Completing BAU requests from the German business coming from our global ticketing system, ServiceNow
Assisting with the leavers process of Smartphones & Tablets
Assisting with the recycle and disposal of Smartphones & Tablets
Add new users, perform sim swaps, and ensure the telecoms records are up to date with JLL’s designated telecoms provider
Reach out to the telecoms provider if there are connection issues
Responsible for ordering accessories and other end user computing technology that is below $100k
