Description

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented IT Help Desk / Call Center Representatives to join our team in Philadelphia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing support via phone, email, or chat.

Additional Information

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings based on demand.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with the potential for some remote work after an initial training period.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic IT support team reporting to the Help Desk Manager.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role or a call center environment.

Technical Skills:

Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.
