Interpublic Group Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
The Lease Accountant is responsible for assisting in all lease accounting services provided by Omaha Shared Services. This position will be responsible for reviewing lease documents and preparing lease templates including accounting entries. In addition, this position will assist the manager with maintaining the lease database, technical research, policy interpretation, assist with ESG reporting, and special projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Review lease documents, prepare lease templates and accounting entries for the agencies in accordance with the applicable accounting guidance and internal policies
Assist in maintenance of lease database
Assist in ESG reporting
Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
Assist in providing accounting guidance, support, information, and answers for areas of responsibility as needed for the agencies, external and internal auditors, and Omaha Shared Services
Regular and reliable attendance required
Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting desired
Lease accounting experience is desired
An interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues is a plus
Very strong Excel proficiency required as well as strong general personal computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
Good organizational skills and ability to work as a member of a team
