What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance inquiries
  • Resolve customer questions and issues following established guidelines and procedures
  • Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist in the prior authorization process
  • Verify benefits for Major Medical through online resources or phone communication
  • Document interactions and maintain records of customer contacts and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center, or related industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
  • Basic level PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
