Position Overview:

The company employs a total of 4,000 people. Over the past year, the company has been configuring and customizing Workday to fit their environment, but there is still much to learn regarding best practices and optimal usage. They transitioned from a legacy Dynamics system after Microsoft stopped supporting it. The team urgently needs an expert to train them on HR modules and setups, particularly in preparation for the upcoming open enrollment period.

Must Haves:

  • Expertise in Workday HR specific models/features: HCM, Benefits, Absence, Journeys, Help.
  • Proven experience in training HR teams on Workday usage (or at least a strong knowledge base and a desire to train).
  • Experience working with third-party integrators/support firms for Workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Local candidates who can be onsite for team training and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support the HR team.
