Key Responsibilities:
Operating single action presses, and working on cleaning plant as well as the paint plant
Will require to be able to keep up with the speed of the conveyor when working in the paint plant.
Be able to work on their own as well as a team supporting with daily demand and targets.
Participate in improvement teams and actively support waste reduction initiatives.
Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience within a similar role in a high-volume production environment.
Ideally conversant with working in press shop
Experience of working to a high standard of quality control
Willing to adapt to new working practices and techniques.
Ability to work well as part of a team, flexible and able to use own initiative.
