Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support channels

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team remotely
Proficiency in computer and internet usage
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure professional interactions with guests
