Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat

Manage and update guest information in the hotel reservation system accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other remote team members and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service role or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
Self-motivated and able to work independently while still being a team player
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions
