Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
  • Educate clients on basic troubleshooting steps and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a HelpDesk Associate or in a similar customer support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to help others.
  • Associate degree in IT or a related field preferred, but not required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of support requests.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required based on client needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
