In this newly created position, you are an important point of contact for management because you are where everything comes together. Especially when it comes to supporting our new joint venture – Commerz Globalpay GmbH – in organizational, cultural and project-oriented growth. As someone with a strong hands-on mentality, you will find great scope for creativity with us and a unique opportunity to become part of something big.
What role will you play with us?
Supporting the management and management both in day-to-day business (appointment and travel planning, meeting preparation, creation of reports and presentations, processing inquiries) as well as in strategic (sales) projects (planning, organization, documentation, analysis, implementation)
Support with accounting and controlling in terms of cost analysis and documentation
Supporting the HR department on topics relating to organizational development, corporate culture and employee loyalty (development and implementation of employee surveys, development of measures, process optimization)
Support in ensuring a healthy and motivating work environment
Planning and conception tasks for company and employee events
Contact person for facility management tasks. This includes the organization of office space and the development of collaboration concepts across two locations (Frankfurt and Cologne) with the aim of creating a uniform and added-value workplace world
Managing and ordering office supplies and processing mail.
Who are we looking for for this role?
Minimum requirements
Completed commercial training in the areas of office management/communication, foreign language correspondence, human resources or legal practice
At least 3 years of practical experience in office management, administrative management, project management or organizational development,
Preferred Qualifications
Completed studies in business administration, economics, entrepreneurship or humanities
5 years of practical experience, preferably in international companies
