Governance Framework Development – Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IAM aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements
Access Control Oversight – Monitor access controls across systems and applications to ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards
Policy Enforcement – Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization
Risk Assessment and Mitigation – Conduct risk assessments of IAM processes and recommend controls to minimize security risks
Access Certifications – Manage access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ, including scheduling, conducting access reviews, and ensuring timely completion of certifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Requires 3+ years working in information security, risk, compliance or other related field
Proven experience in IAM governance

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, regulations, and standards
Technical aptitude with the ability to do provisioning
Knowledge and experience working in cloud solutions (preferably MS Azure)
Ability to pull SQL and PowerShell scripts
Experience in Splunk and ability to read logs
SailPoint IIQ knowledge and experience
Experience with IT Audit
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly
