Duties
• Search and analyze records, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat maps, to determine ownership and legal restrictions and to verify legal description of property and completeness of records and insurability.
• Able to identify and resolve most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines.
• Review preliminary title reports, judgements, bankruptcy documents, appraisals, and any additional applicable documents to determine if file is ready to be submitted to Underwriter.
• Meets determined service level time frame requirements set by management.
• Assist in effectively communicating underwriting decisions to customers, both internal and external.
• Maintain high level of customer service and communication both internally and externally.
• Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.
• Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This is an IN OFFICE position.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CO Producers title license required
Experience
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
