What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Answer inbound sales calls from prospective and existing business customers, building rapport and recommending solutions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics
  • Maintain knowledge of T-Mobile products and services through ongoing training
  • Set appointments for outside sales representatives for more complex sales opportunities
  • Complete required documentation and maintain customer records

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than 2 years of sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Previous telesales and business sales experience
  • Proven sales track record and customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with T-Mobile tools and systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
