The Azure Core Executive Office is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced professional to provide support to the Executive Business Administrator of the Azure Core Executive office supporting a 10k organization. This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide a diverse range of organizational, project, and administrative services. Overtime may be required, with flexibility to work outside the standard work hours as needed.

Qualifications
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- Experience partnering with business leadership and other executive administrators and supported a global team, with remote employees, dealing with ambiguity in a timely manner.
- Experience using Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND experience using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Dedicated initiative to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems independently, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in achieving results.
- Proficient in written, verbal communication skills and competent in Microsoft Office suite.
- Commitment to professionalism in handling highly confidential and sensitive information in all transactions.
Business Support ATR-D – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 – $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 – $55.67 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Assistant (EA) and Azure Core executive office team with day-to-day operations, including serving as backup support to lead EA.
- Management of exec office needs, including procurement of supplies, hardware, assets, and facilities requests.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.
- Onsite support during core business hours as needed.
- Drive for improvements within our business process and resources.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with partners and staff both internally and externally.
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
