Job Title: Virtual Customer Support Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations)

 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless Door Dash experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Full-time positions with flexible working hours
  • Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
