KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on Disney social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective functionalities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
WORKING HOURS:
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
