Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and answering general travel-related questions.
  • Provide information on travel policies, procedures, and services offered by Delta.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Delta?s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
