Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative at CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of healthcare products and services is a plus.
