We seek individuals to assist us in managing subscription boxes for our customers.

 

 

Position Overview…

 

 

• This role involves answering phone calls from the comfort of your own home.

 

 

• In order to be considered for this position, you must have a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.

 

 

• As part of your responsibilities, you will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues.

We are looking for applicants who are comfortable working in a high-call volume environment and who are ready to stay busy.

Job Requirements:

• Required availability includes a start time of 10:00 AM MST, end time of 6:15 PM MST

• Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).

• PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace.

• Excellent reading/writing skills.

• Ability to work 32 hours per week, minimum. (Overtime during busy weeks available on a volunteer basis)

• Cyber Monday & Black Friday weekend Required availability

• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week

• Solid PC skills (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)

• MUST LIVE IN WY or KS
