In this role, you can expect to:
Manage and run projects using Scrum methodology, running associated ceremonies (Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives etc)
Design and implement custom delivery approaches using agile methodologies by facilitating decision making, weighing up potential risks and blockers and proposing best fit
Define solid end-to-end workflow and understand the best methodologies / ways of working to support the delivery
Client management – setting expectations, understanding their business and market and strategically incorporate clients’ goals / objectives into our work and growing relationships by successful delivery
Lead client reporting by defining key metrics, analysing data to drive decisions / optimise projects and present to clients with relevant content and a transparent and open approach
Report internally on project health and responsible for tracking profitability, surfacing risks, issues and blockers and responding quickly with suggested solutions
Identify project change and define/agree clear change management process with all key stakeholders
Forecast and communicate resource requirements liaising with relevant stakeholders, identifying the right people for the work
Develop your direct reports, within the community and beyond, holding regular 121’s, setting goals and objectives by utilising our performance development system.

Requirements
Experience using Jira and Confluence as a ScrumMaster or Delivery Manager
A passion for strategic and user centred approaches to unpack problems, and validate the solutions
Agile delivery management, experience working in multi-disciplinary product / service teams
Broad understanding of digital technologies and contribute to the strategic delivery approach
Tell confident and compelling stories about our craft, expertise and experience
Drive project efficiencies.
