Responsibilities…

 

 

In this role, you’ll be the front line of customer support, receiving and responding to inquiries from our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

 

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions from clients and candidates, providing timely and professional assistance.

• Leveraging various business applications and databases to gather information, resolve issues, and document interactions accurately.

• Enhancing customer relationships by displaying empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.

• Continuously expanding your knowledge through rigorous training programs, ensuring you stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry best practices.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or knowledge delivery roles.

• Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and ISPs.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus.

This is a hybrid position, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence required (Atlanta, GA). The initial training period will be fully remote, followed by a consistent schedule of 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
