Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Apple products and troubleshooting iOS/macOS issues is preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling with availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
