You will
Perform full cycle accounting on a project by project basis
Monitor, review, and reconcile: budgets and construction loan draw requests
Prepare monthly bank and loan reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures for multiple project entities
Prepare and analyze working papers for project entities
Ensure that financial information provided is timely and relevant for effective decision making
Ongoing monitoring of project financing requirements, partner contributions/distributions, and all other aspects of cash flow management
Update and review the Calgary land development proformas to ensure they accurately reflect the current team vision
Work closely with the project teams to gain a thorough understanding of the projects, and an awareness of potential risk items that could impact project budgets or cashflows

You are
Accurate, detail-oriented and very organized
A roll up your sleeves attitude, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
An independent worker with a proactive approach
You have
A Professional Accounting Designation and/or 5+years of experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Yardi
Proven ability to work with multiple projects
Real Estate industry experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and people skills
