As a Cabin Crew member, you will serve as the face of American Airlines, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the flights.
  • Conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating safety procedures.
  • Greeting passengers, assisting with seating, and resolving passengers? queries and issues.
  • Serving meals, beverages, and selling onboard products.
  • Providing first aid care when necessary.
  • Preparing flight reports and overseeing the cleanliness of the cabin after flights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a rigorous training program.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to manage the physical demands of the job including lifting luggage and standing for long hours.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Higher education or certifications in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field is a plus but not necessary.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
