Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your mission will be to ensure our Amazon sales channels stay open and contain accurate information about our products. You will have three areas of responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies to keep account and product listing in good standing
  • Improve our brand presentation on Amazon
  • Report key Amazon and company metrics

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor for and resolve alleged Seller Account violations
  • Ensure we comply with Amazon Seller Guidelines
  • Keep us on good terms with the Amazon SAS representative
  • Check product listings for anomalies daily
  • Update listing content
  • Dispute/remove negative Seller Feedback and Product Listing reviews
  • Create promotions (DOD, lightning, best deals, prime exclusive discounts) as directed
  • On a weekly basis, update internal scorecards and send out KPI reports

Pay: $63,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
