The Opportunity

Adobe’s Corporate division is searching for an experience Solution Consultant to be part of our EMEA pre-sales function.

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers – the world’s most innovative companies! As a core member of the team, you’ll collaborate with and support our sales, channel partners, product management, and other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of a technical and design/creative background with a good eye for presentation and compelling demonstrations. You must have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with customer marketing, IT, and C-suite personas.

What you will do

The Creative Cloud Solutions Consultant is the primary technical resource for the Corporate sales and channel teams across EMEA. Responsibilities include:

Identify customer needs and business objectives through a detailed discovery of their current business processes and digital workflows.
Actively drive and lead the technology evaluation part of the sales lifecycle working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advocate for our solutions, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Stock, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly and Firefly Services.
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, creatively handles objections using documentation, presentations, and demonstrations.
Establish and maintains strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Present Adobe’s solutions during live in-person events and webinars.

What you need to succeed

Full professional proficiency in English, additional European languages are a plus.
Expert in Adobe design and marketing solutions, including products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, mobile workflows, Lightroom, CC Libraries, Express, Firefly and others.
A minimum of 5 yrs experience as a graphic designer, art director, or other production environments.
Fundamental knowledge of Adobe’s video products for demo purposes, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Expertise is not required but a plus.
Good understanding of the value of Adobe’s emerging AI capabilities powered by Adobe Sensei and Adobe Firefly gen AI.
Presales or consulting experience with graphic design / production workflows. Minimum 3-5 Years. Experience as a trainer is a plus.
Exceptional presentation skills, experience in public speaking and presenting, conversational skills and experience as a trusted technical advisor.
Expert in building and presenting use cases, POV’s and value propositions.
Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches.
Strong software demonstration and value-selling experience.
