We are looking for an accomplished Records Payable Director to manage our records payable and seller administrations group. This is a remote-based position, and the effective competitor will be liable for making due, tutoring, and creating colleagues while guaranteeing proficient cycles and distinguishing open doors for development and cost reserve funds.

Key Liabilities
  • Direct and lead the records payable group, including enrollment, preparing, execution assessments, and work force the executives.
  • Team up with colleagues to define departmental objectives and track key execution markers (KPIs) to accomplish focuses on that add to the association’s development.
  • Deal with the records payable interaction, including accommodating and evaluating above costs, executing week by week check/ACH runs, and directing month-end close methods.
  • Smooth out processes, keep up with standard approaches and strategies, and handle raised issues inside the office.
  • Perform different ventures and undertakings as expected by the board.

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial field, preferably in accounts payable or a related area.
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience, with excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers, with a remote office setup.
  • Exceptional work ethic, results-orientation, and strategic thinking ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations concisely and timely.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or similar designation.

Work Environment And Requirements

 

  • Remote position with the availability and communicative presence during scheduled work hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST).
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while completing computer and desk-based tasks.
  • Ability to travel for required training and team-building activities, which may include overnight stays.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
