About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join our Licensed Consumer Products (LCP) Business and Legal Affairs Team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage all aspects of contracts administration. Including coordination of the contract lifecycle process of managing deal proposals, drafting contracts, amendments, and renewals for Hasbro Licensed Consumer Products (LCP). You will develop and lead relationships with the LCP commercial teams and key internal stakeholders such as Finance, Royalty Accounting, Quality Assurance and Risk Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a portfolio of beloved Hasbro IPs spanning across all ages and targets, from Peppa Pig to Dungeons & Dragons and Play-Doh to Monopoly covering multiple languages and territories.

Licensing contracts drafting and coordinating execution.
Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
Amend Standard Terms and Conditions in light of revised IP (intellectual property) and, where applicable, pre-drafting replacement clause for paralegal/attorney to review.
Maintain contractual records and documentation including insurance certificates, NDA’s, and all other contract correspondences.
As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to category managers or other operational staff, including training to new category managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
Suggest and assist in development and implementation of procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures, identify areas of recurrent pressure.
Work with Finance to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Ensure contract close-out (coordination of stock destruction letters, debt recovery letters, termination letters etc.), extension or renewal.
Point of contact for Category team, Licensees / agents for all matters regarding contracts
Continuous liaison with the global offices and updating the status of contracts that are WIP.
