Job Description
Mission:
Ensure compliance with product quality requirements with respect to quality standards through monitoring compliance with the Quality Management System procedures. Monitoring of procedures, methods and tools for quality control and assurance, so that they remain updated by periodically evaluating their effectiveness and proposing improvements in processes and products when data analysis, incident management and periodic evaluations indicate it as necessary.
Organize and execute its functions in a reliable and efficient manner, complying with all the requirements set in the procedures and protocols that define them in aspects of Quality, Environment and Safety.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Management of Quality Databases
Compile and organize documentary evidence and data according to the standards defined in the SGI.
Follow in detail the SGI processes to improve product quality, through the implementation of monitoring programs, mechanisms and tools.
Manage and supervise Quality master data in any of the formats in which SAP, Excel-Access databases, big data are maintained, in accordance with the organization’s objectives.
Maintain and supervise the integrity of the data, analyzing the factors that impact its quality and promoting the necessary improvement actions in this regard.
Prevent the recurrence of data quality errors by analyzing their cause and monitoring their progress by tracking appropriate KPIs.
Provide training on SGI, control methods and management of Quality databases.
Write the necessary documentation that allows the standardization of processes

Ensure the application of standards and technical regulations through inspection and audit mechanisms to verify the level of adequacy of processes to said standards.
Inspection of the final product to ensure that it complies, through the control, audit and verification mechanisms provided for in the Quality Plan.
Participate in improvement projects developed in the Quality department, as well as in those of the organization where Quality contribution is required.
Participation in the processes of resolution of Quality problems in the areas of production, maintenance and engineering, with a focus on the evaluation and attention of customer needs and adaptation to the requirements of the IMS.
Participate in the analysis of nonconformities and complaints so that the corresponding corrective and preventive actions are established to reduce and/or eliminate their root cause. Ensure with the help and advice of the QA Coordinator and Quality Manager that the actions derived from the investigations are implemented according to the plan.
Provide training that helps control and minimize process deviations, quality assurance throughout the entire production chain and the final product, as well as training derived from the application of global company policies.

Stock Management
Ensure the quality status of products in stock, expiration dates and waste management according to the quality, productivity and economic objectives of the organization.
Coordinate the planning of product reinspection programs so that the product stock in complies with Quality specifications and is available for sale. (Stock unlocked)

Communicate to your manager any anomaly or incident detected during the performance of your tasks, affecting quality, safety, environment or efficiency.
All those functions, activities and tasks inherent to the position that have not been mentioned previously, in order to contribute to the smooth running of your unit and, in general, to IFF.
Security and environment:
You must comply with and enforce corporate H&S standards, and strictly follow the instructions and safety standards indicated in the work instructions and/or manual of the work equipment manufacturer, and use the Personal Protective Equipment provided by the company. company.
Likewise, warn the staff of any anomaly related to the activity and the correct health and safety conditions in the workplace, having the power to stop the work being carried out, and proceed to resolve it.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering
Minimum two years of experience in an analysis laboratory.
Knowledge of instrumental analysis.
Computer proficiency at the user level
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems will be valued: 9000, 14000 and 18000
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher will be valued
