Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparation of month end accounts including the calculation of accruals & prepayments for overheads
Balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain all fixed asset registers, including depreciation
Recharge processing on a monthly basis
Reconcile all stock control accounts, ensuring all necessary action is undertaken in a timely manner, including monthly & quarterly stock takes
Process and reconcile bank account transactions daily and prepare bank reconciliations each month for all bank accounts
Monthly control account reconciliations
Monthly analysis and reconciliation of petty cash
Process all cash expenses
Provide support to the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions as required
Other ad hoc tasks as required

Person specification:
Working knowledge of the month end process, including: accruals, prepayments, fixed assets
AAT L4 qualified or studying towards CIMA/ACCA
Good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
