Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinating attendees for seminars
Reaching out to clients about various events, seminars, or meetings
Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Position Qualifications
Previous scheduling and high volume phone calling required
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Basic understanding of Rodney Hill and Aaron Dunn, our products and services, and Thrivent Financial.
