RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Development of management tools based on the collection of commercial and financial information: Analysis of turnover by customer/brand/product, Sell-Out dashboards, field KPIs, etc.
Presentation of dashboards and results to the Sales Committee, meetings with the FDV and other cross-functional meetings.
Analysis of our customers’ profitability (Monitoring 3 Net / 4 Net / Net revenue) overall and by brand/product.
Participation, in coordination with the Marketing team, in the construction of the pricing policy and the calculation of HMP. Support for KAMs / Sales Assistants during the annual negotiation phase: co-management of contracts with KAMs, price reduction, filling in price matrices, etc.
Development of the budget/forecast by customer, by brand and by product category. Work in collaboration with KAMs, Supply and Finance for the smooth running of the S&OP process.
Analysis of promotional policy: analysis of destruction rates, aggressiveness of mechanics, monitoring of the PIN budget, etc.
Participation in the S&OP process and construction of annual business plans.

As a Business Analyst, you are rigorous, you have great organizational skills, good analytical skills and you draw your energy from working in an international, diverse and constantly evolving environment.

Furthermore, you have:

Perfect mastery of Excel, SAP, BW, Microstrategy.
A good level of English.
Relational ease and good team spirit.
Excellent analytical skills.
Great ease with numbers.
Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness.
A good spirit of initiative and strength of proposal.
Know how to format information to make it intelligible.
