Role Summary:
The role is either full time, but with a potential for part time, minimum 20 hours a week across Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around hours. This is hybrid role – some remote / home based role with field visits held in London area plus the occasional Company meetings
Sales Executive Reports directly to the Independent Pharmacy Channel Manager
This person will be in charge of sales for our brands in selected existing pharmacy . They will be a real ambassador of our brands, not only in charge of sales but also to organise events in pharmacies to build customer relationships and recruit new shoppers.
The ideal candidate will be greatly motivated and someone who is up for a challenge. They will be passionate, pro-active, have excellent commercial and negotiation skills with ideally know of the pharmacy sector and have an interest in skincare / cosmetics.

· To achieve regional sales and distribution targets as specified by the Independent Pharmacy Channel Manager for the Icahn product portfolio within independent Pharmacy, in line with the national strategy
· To devise and deliver sales initiatives delivered remotely via phone, email and other communication systems
· To achieve targeted daily call rates and establish remote calling patterns that optimize return on investment
· To identify opportunities for effective brand training to ensure pharmacies recommend Icahn products with confidence.
· Collect, analyse and share requests and information with the appropriate Icahn dept.

Other Responsibilities:
· To use the Icahn CRM system to record all calls, place orders, etc. to allow for the smooth running of the business
· Work closely with the Field Based Account Managers to provide great customer service
· Share feedback and insight from customers to develop and execute exceptional customer activity
Skills
· To be enthusiast with energy to motivate, engage and challenge clients by phone
· Strong negotiation and influencing ability with commercial acumen
· Financially competent and well organised
· Working knowledge of independent pharmacies
· Sales and Cosmetic experience a plus
· Highly self-motivated and target driven
