Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of the monthly management accounts in accordance with UK GAAP using Business Central:

· Bank reconciliation

· Accrual and Payment entries

· Invoice Posting

· Creditor and Debtor balances maintenance

· Quarterly VAT and monthly intrastate reports presentation.

2. Preparation of monthly reporting to Naos HQ in France

3. Local Management (Essabase, Viareport, Local Sales seporting)

4. Accounts Payables Management:

· Recording, follow-up and monitoring of purchases order in accordance with internal control procedures

· Preparation of transfer Requests

· Act as the first point of contact for internal and external account payable related queries

· Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments (Sales, Medical, Marketing).

Qualifications:

· Good financial acumen, ability to keep financial records. Accounting software knowledge of Business Central Microsoft Dynamics.

· One of the following studies will be preferred: economics, statistics, corporate finance, internal control, accounting.

· Previous experience in an administrative and/or finance role.

Other Jobs You May Be Interested In

· Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general working knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of VBA and DAX is a plus.

· Data Analysis, Reporting, Strategic Planning.

· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / cosmetic sectors appreciated.
