Key Responsibilities
To provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of machinery including CNC lathes, CNC grinders, robotics, automated and semi-automated assembly equipment
Reacting to urgent breakdowns reducing machine downtime to a minimum
Servicing machines to a high standard
Following TPM schedules to ensure all equipment is routinely serviced and inspected.
Carry out continuous improvement activity with set objectives
PLC Diagnosis – Predominantly Siemens S7 & TIA (Small amount of Allen Bradley)
Vision systems – Cognex & Keyence
Be involved with new equipment implementation projects.

Knowledge & Experience
Recognised Apprenticeship (electrical/mechanical)
HNC (electrical/mechanical)
Electrical installation experience, 18th edition qualification (preferred)
Working knowledge of machine tool processes & fault diagnostics
CNC diagnostics capability (Siemens, Fanuc, etc.)
PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & other general software (Excel, Word, SAP etc.)
Has a strong focus on team goals, as well as individual commitments
