Primary Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness required in managing our various marketplaces and will be responsible for activities that drive the health of our product listings to ensure maximum sales opportunities.
This role will provide analytical support and will deliver actionable insights to Omni Operations leadership.
This role will work cross functionally with P&T, Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Store Operations and Supply Chain to execute the various components of our Strategic Partnership roadmap in relation to Office Depot’s presence on 3rd party Marketplaces.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
Experience leading a retail environment
Experience turning raw data into actionable reporting
Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Wal-Mart & Ebay.
Intermediate skills in Excel to include the development of reporting and business insights using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Charts, and other advanced analytical tools.
Experience with Channel Advisor (Rithum), Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
Proven ability to work cross functionally with business as well as IT/technical teams. Understanding of retail business.
The incumbent will have a proactive mindset to problem solving, is a Self-Starter, and is comfortable in ambiguous situations.
The incumbent is comfortable providing support to field personal in the Retail stores.
The incumbent has exceptional communication skills and can clearly articulate business critical needs to their leadership.
