Primary Purpose: Ensure accurate and timely payments to all vendors. Responsible for the development of accounting records and operation of the accounting systems including the general ledger, and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with NS guidelines and GAAP. Work closely with Manager Expenditure Accounting and Manager Finance.

Coordinate & process vendor payments in an accurate & timely manner
Manage owner operator deductions and facilitate collections
Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting
Refine and Implement Accounting policies & procedures
Assist with budget and financial forecasts
Collaborate with Revenue Accounting
Special projects as required
Job Related Experience:
Minimum Level: 1-2 years
Preferred Level: 3-5 years
Required: Accounting experience
Education:
Required: bachelor’s degree in accounting
